HOMEGROWN TALENT

Isabella was born and raised in Mandeville, Louisiana with her three siblings. Her family home was located two blocks from the waters of Lake Pontchartrain and just one block from the doors of Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church, where she and her siblings attended lower school.

At age 12, Isabella discovered her love and talent for painting. She was surrounded by a charming community, successful small businesses, and Louisiana's natural beauty. The perfect environment for her young artistic mind to find her muse.

Isabella's work is inspired by the historical sites, naturals swamps and flourishing wildlife found on the Northshore of Lake Pontchartrain. Her Catholic faith is a foundation for her creative state and thus motivated the brand name: "The Vessel Artworks". With the brand motto, "God is the artist, I'm just the vessel."

Her preferred painting mediums are oil and watercolor, but she explores all mixed medias. When not painting, Isabella works the family business with her Dad, Brad.
